Shipping Policy

 
 

Pillows Xpress requires 6 to 8 working days (weekends and holidays not included) plus shipping time depending on the order. This is an approximation! If you have a DEADLINE, CALL US or email [email protected] and we will try to work with you to meet the deadline. The dates listed below refer to how long the shipper requires for delivery.

The most economical way to ship pillows which are very bulky, is by UPS or FedEx ground. Shipping costs and the days required for your order to arrive will depend on which State you live and and the amount of merchandise ordered. The exact amount will show up on the invoice after you input your shipping information before you input your credit card number.

 

Below are some typical numbers to use as an indicator of the time UPS will require to deliver to some of the most popular areas where orders are shipped (Allow an additional 2 to 3 business days for us to ship your merchandise).

  • 1 working day South Florida (PLUS 2 to 3 working days to ship )
  • 2 working days Northern FL, GA, AL (PLUS 2 to 3 working days to ship)
  • 3 working days LA, NY, SC, NC, PA, VT, MD, MA (PLUS 2 to 3 working days to ship)
  • 4 working days TX, IL, OK (PLUS 2 to 3 working days to ship)
  • 5 working days CA, AR (PLUS 2 to 3 working days to ship)
  • 6 working days NV,OR, WA (PLUS 2 to 3 working days to ship)
  • 2-3 workings days are still required to prepare your merchandise, even if you order Next Day Air Shipping! Call us or email us to see if we can expedite the processing of the order.

 Allow 2 to 3 business days for us to ship your merchandise. Ground shipping charges will depend on what you purchase. An order consisting of 2-3 pillows to a neighbouring state will cost under $8.00 for shipping. Third Day Select, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day air are extremely expensive when shipping bulky pillows because they are charged by volume. The shipping cost for a 2 pillow order generally range between $35 third day and $120 Next Day Delivery.
